Category Buyer - Fresh

Supports the Division Merchandising Manager. Category Manager/Category Manager in various buying activities and effectively negotiates for the best deal from suppliers

Bakery Sales Associate

To perform the day-to-day selling operations of the department and to provide excellent service to customers

Meat and Poultry Sales Associate

To perform the day-to-day selling operations of the department and to provide excellent service to customers.

Fishmonger Associate

Fishmongers process and prepare fish and seafood for sale through individual shops, and supermarkets .

Baker

To assist/perform preparation of fresh quality baked goods to support the operations of the department.

Butcher

To perform the selection, cutting and slicing of carcasses into wholesale and retail cuts and provides excellent service and quality meat products to customers.

Cook

The cook will prepare meals and follow establishment recipes. Duties include preparing ingredients, adhering to the restaurant menu, and following food health and safety procedures. Cook, clean, assist other cooks and staff and deliver food in a fast-paced environment. Work may include operating a grill, oven, or fryer. Previous experience in a team environment and various cooking methods preferred.

Wine Steward

Wine Steward job duties include helping customers and servers select wine pairings, procuring and managing wines, and conducting the wine service.

Deli and Charcuterie Associate

To perform the day-to-day operations of the department in providing excellent service and quality Deli & Charcuterie products to customers.
